Why should I use OpenBSD over Windows, Linux, Mac, FreeBSD, etc.

For a normal user aka Bill, i.e. not a developer, it's very simple. It's a true dichotomy. Either Bill uses OpenBSD, or he does not use OpenBSD. There's no third option. There's only one reason why he does not use OpenBSD. Bill need at least one device and/or program which is not available on OpenBSD. Thus, he cannot use OpenBSD, and he has to use GW-Gates Windows. Sad!

What's the best shell aka Command Line Interface for OpenBSD?

ksh(1) for sure.

Should I use OpenBSD, instead of FreeBSD?

Of course. Unless you're people of Soy. Governments should ban any FreeBSD activities in their countries. FreeBSD Foundation, Project and their users are promoting degeneracy on a daily basis. They hate traditional orthodoxy, they stalk people of faith on the Internet. They are very active on Twitter, busy promoting the destruction of family and social norms. Don't let your kids near them. No. Just study FAQ(s) and Man-pages. That must be enough.
